"TLDR: Working from home gave me neck pain. ATI helped me feel young again lol :D I went to ATI for severe neck and shoulder pain. The tightness would give me migraines and disrupted my quality of life. Working from home has been rough on my posture. After about 7 sessions, my pain is completely gone and my muscles are stronger. The therapists also worked with me to understand lifestyle changes that I could make and provided comprehensive at-home exercises to continue strengthening my neck and shoulders. "This ATI branch is so conveniently located for me, and the staff are so friendly and caring . My PT, Susan, is so knowledgeable, encouraging and kind. There is continuity of therapists, but they clearly also cover for each other and help each other which makes it a very pleasant environment to do PT, since most of us are there because of pain. Highly recommend!"

"Very unprofessional. They call and cancel your appointment couple of minutes before when you are just about to park. Susan Penderview give strong opinion before seeing your MRI, X-ray or doctors report and makes you feel you lie about your ache and pain. However she is quick to make bunch of appointments in row when they cancel when you are already there. Over my dead body I return to them."
