"I am so tired of Montefiore. First, they charged me instead of the insurance company, now they charged my mother instead of billing Medicaid and I asked so many times if they take Medicaid and they said yes. They took a copy of the insurance card that day we were in the emergency room and on the bill they said they don't have any insurance information on file for her. Stop servicing people if you don't take Medicaid. If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried reaching the billing department and I get the run around. Horrible place. I won't be going back there for any services for myself or my mother. The stress these people put us through is outrageous. Give us a break."
