"I had a fantastic experience here working with Sofia! Her and all of the employees here were great to work with. Sessions were very flexible; there were several times where we adjusted the exercises or tried new ones to adapt to how I was doing that day. Scheduling was also very practical and flexible, starting with consistent appointments to get in a routine but gradually reducing it as I started to make progress. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to do PT!"

"I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Athletico Wrigleyville North for physical therapy on my knee. I worked with 3 different therapists throughout my rehab and every staff member (therapists, aids, desk staff) is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and attentive. My primary physical therapist made rehab plans suited to my individual needs, ensuring I could return to an active lifestyle without issue. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and already my PT has checked in with me and mentioned I can follow up with any questions at any point in the future. Despite needing to go for knee problems, I looked forward to PT because of the cheerful and energetic atmosphere at the Wrigleyville North location. I'd recommend Athletico to anyone needing PT, and this location in particular is a great place to go!"

"In March 2025, I underwent ACL and meniscus surgery on my left knee, and from day one, this team provided exceptional care and support throughout my recovery journey. I had the privilege of working primarily with Emily, who was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. Beyond that, I interacted with every member of the team, and each person brought the same level of professionalism and warmth (Shout out: Nate, Katie, Tyler and Sophia!!) What truly sets Wrigleyville North apart is their thoroughness and personalized approach. I've had physical therapy before, but the attention to detail here was unmatched. Every session began with check-ins to ensure I was comfortable, and they always took time to answer my questions. They pushed me in the best way possible: challenging me to progress while making sure movements never caused pain. The environment is positive, encouraging, and collaborative. I feel like the team was not only invested in my recovery but also in my and in me as a human. They wanted to make the sessions fun, engaging and wanted you to leave better than you came in. "I had been to a smaller PT practice before for back pain, but my experience at Athletico felt more comprehensive and structured! The staff is kind, professional, and attentive. I felt comfortable asking questions and requesting modifications when needed. I also got helpful resources on a return to run program. "I used google reviews to help in my pt decision so it's only fair that I leave one back. I fractured my ankle and was at this location for four months. There is an assessment given at the first appt and then a detailed plan of the routine needed for recovery. I had never injured myself before so appreciated how insightful Sofia was with my questions. The early sessions were difficult as my morale was low but the team made it easy to see the light at the end of the tunnel and recognized every small win I had along the way. I worked with Nate early on and then with Sofia for the rest. Both were fantastic to work with and really motivated me with the exercises needed. Everyone remembers your name and really invests time to build a relationship with you which makes it not feel like hard work even though it is. I really liked that there is an app to track all the exercises that I would do at home as well. I'm going to miss the staff the most but am happy they got me to my end goal."

"In Feb 2025 I found myself at Athletico here in Wrigley, I was assigned to Emily and instantly I could tell I was in good hands. Her soft approach to my recent operated knee made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She took her time caring for me and nurturing my knee, I didn't feel rushed to heal. Over time she passed me on to assistants who treated me the same way, I never felt ignored or left alone. Everyone I worked with was over the top helpful and caring. They all made sure I was getting the best care under Emily's watchful eye. In the end, almost a year later I felt the what I call the love bubble, I rang the bell today and was discharged. I'm so happy I walked in those doors, not saying I want to come back but if I do need to, I'll be coming here"
