"Run run run. This is the absolute worse pain management facility in the state of Illinois. I have an open workers comp case and I am represented by an attorney. They have cancelled my appointments with out notice and after making me wait a month for epidural steroid injections they cancelled my appointment again and when you call none of their staff are competent enough to even fix their errors. I will also be reporting to the better business bureau and corporate!"

"Everyone there is great, especially Pam. She always greets me by name and has been a huge help with my scheduling. I managed to workout several sessions for some lower back pain. They took scans of my back to make sure nothing serious had occurred and prescribed me some medication when I had serious back pain. Some of the procedures they offered seemed unnecessary but they were still very helpful with working out something more suited for my situation. Thanks again everyone for your help!"
