"I'm very happy I chose to go with Dr. Levi for a pain management doctor. He may have a little bit of a wait but it is because he takes his time with his patients. He listens, doesn't rush, and doesn't cut you off. To me that is worth waiting for. He made me feel heard when I was explaining my symptoms I have been dealing with for months, when others have not. Really caring and attentive doctor."

"My elderly mother was seen for chronic back pain. Waited over 2 hours in waiting room and another 1/2 hour in exam room to be seen. This happened at every visit. Dr. Levi ordered an MRI and never called her with results. (She is a high risk cancer patient) After several unreturned calls we took my mom elsewhere where she received exceptional care. Office staff is not helpful and extremely rude. Would not recommend, 1 star is being generous."

"Both my wife and I went to see Dr Levi for back pain. You only get to see him for first visit, after it's only a Physician Assistant that sees you. I waited for 55 minutes alone in the exam room while they looked for my X-rays report. No one checked on me to see if I was ok. After finally finding my X-rays they then couldn't locate my blood test results. You are treated as a number not a human patient. I waited from 10am till 7pm for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy while I was in severe pain. When you call the office you get a recording telling you to leave phone number and someone will call you back in 24 hrs. I left a message at 2:30pm asking about status of my prescriptions and no one ever called back even after 24 hrs. Clerical staff and medical staff is totally incompetent and uncaring. They make a City hospital look like the Mayo Clinic. Never going back and I don't recommend that anyone use this doctor or his medical practice"
