"Despite all the good reviews, the methods practiced here did not work for me, and my condition did not improve. The twisting, popping, and cracking which they specifically say on their website that they don't do, are exactly what helped me when I went to a different chiropractor. My neck was very tight which was causing tons of headaches and after one manual "popping" of my neck, I saw results right away. It also helped immensely with my adrenal fatigue. I'm not saying this atlas orthogonal method doesn't work, it just didn't work for me. The staff and doctor were very nice and friendly and professional, I just didn't feel like the doctor really catered very well to my specific condition. I don't want to bash anyone or be negative, I just wanted to clarify that the twisting, popping, and cracking actually work wonders for a lot of people and I think those adjustments are way better for you than the atlas orthogonal. Just my two cents."
