"I came to this office with two herniated discs in my lumbar spine and one bulged disc, and the pain was so intense that I could barely walk. Standing straight was almost impossible--I was literally walking crooked because of the pain. The injury happened at the gym after a very intense period of lifting very heavy deadlifts (over 450 lbs), heavy squats, combined with running 4-5 times per week. Dr. Angel Carrion treated me with an incredible level of professionalism and empathy from day one. He performed a very detailed evaluation and immediately sent me to get X-rays that same day so we could start treatment right away. Shortly after, because of the level of pain I was experiencing, he also recommended getting an MRI to better understand the severity of the injury. From the very first treatments, I noticed a difference. I consistently walked out of his office feeling better, and the healing process became noticeable very quickly. Before finding Dr. Carrion, I had visited other doctors and usually left those appointments feeling worse than when I arrived. My experience here was completely different. Today, I can say I'm almost 100% recovered, which is incredible considering how serious the injury was. Of course, after something like this you always have to stay mindful and take care of your back, but overall I feel great and have been able to return to a normal life. I now continue to visit about once a month for adjustments to keep my spine healthy and relieve any pressure. I'm extremely grateful that I found Dr. Angel Carrion. "I was in so much pain for so long . Neck pain lower back pain constantly. Tried stretching, therapy that was a total waste of time because I felt very little relief. I didn't know what else to do so I took Tylenol from time to time that of course it's no good for you. "This chiropractor practice is amazing. I have been struggling with sciatica on and off for 11 years now. I have seen a lot of chiropractors in my day, and I'm always very happy with the work they do. But this was my worst case of sciatica yet and the fastest recovery from starting treatment here.
