Sports Pro Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center

"I have struggled with shoulder issues since I was in middle school from sports. These struggles were always present but it was not major enough to ever provoke further treatment. That was until I injured it last summer when I dislocated one of them(the one that was thought to be the healthier one). I went to Sports Pro Physical Therapy and Aquatic Center and worked with Kenny throughout my rehab. By the end of my therapy, my shoulders felt substantially better than they had felt in years prior to the dislocation. When I would go into each session, Kenny always had a well thought out and personalized plan for the hour. Each session would build off the last, while incorporating new exercises to see what worked best for me. And throughout the whole process, Kenny was always ready to answer any questions I had throughout the exercises. And if he did not know, he would come back the next session with an answer. My last session was six months ago at the time of me writing this review. I still use the same exercise routine/warm up Kenny gave me but now in my own time, and I can confidently say that my shoulder health has improved more than I thought it could. I feel both stronger in the gym lifting and an everyday limberness I have not felt in years. I would recommend and have recommended Sports Pro to people in need of physical therapy."
