"Received physical therapy for three visits. My insurance covers it. Was offered a heat pad at the end of the session. Was not informed this service is charged at $125, which a patient will be required to pay out of pocket if insurance doesn't. If I had been informed of the cost, of course I would have refused it. I can't afford the risk, and I can do it at home. I just thought it was a kind offer by the therapist for the pain at the end. Because I went to three therapy sessions and wasn't billed until after all three, I got charged $375, and I didn't even get enough notice after the first time to refuse the other two. I know it doesn't actually cost $125 to offer me a heat pad for 10m. It's just a stupid artifact of trying to overcharge insurance. But it's a predatory practice to offer this as an add-on service to patients without informing them of the cost, if you are legitimately going to force the patient to pay at that absurd price if insurance doesn't. Some of us can't afford therapy at that cost. I'm sad because the actual therapist seemed to be generous and caring, but instead I felt taken advantage of. I can't afford that. I tried calling to negotiate, but all they did is try to pressure me to pressure my insurance. In the end only the patient loses in this stupid game. So glad I stopped after the three weeks or I would be in trouble."

"This place really sucks. Charged absurd amount. No transparency. So busy the pt barely talks to you. Made my symptoms worse after the visit. Waste of time"

"Warning, to anyone seeking to receive help at this facility. Stay far away from receiving any therapy here. Your therapist will do the evaluation, and then send you to their aid assistant who is not a therapist, for the majority of your therapy. Also, if you ask for a supervisor, they will try and throw you off the program, and they will not tell you who the supervisor actually is."
