"Woah! Amazing results. I moved a mattress by myself and threw my lower back out. It was scary. I could not stand up or sit in a chair without level 9-10 pain. My muscles would start spasming without warning and I'd immediately start crying out in pain. I figured I was just relegated to bed rest, which is what has happened in the past. This injury has happened twice before and I've never realized how much a person's back influences their entire body such that you are completely helpless with a back injury. I reached out to Dr. Anco and he and his wife, Julie, did a house call due to the nature of my symptoms. He adjusted me, did numerous back exercises with me, and she massaged the area and did a laser treatment on it. Shockingly, I feel almost good as new! It's a bit sore still but Dr. Anco explained exactly how I needed to sit and stand and position my hips to avoid the pain. He also knew how to stretch the muscle to warm up my back and avoid the spasms in the first instance. I'm so impressed with their level of care and knowledge. Truly wonderful. I'm so grateful.
