Flow Reiki and Wellness

"I've never experienced Reiki before but I was open-minded. I do really enjoy a massage or facial, acupuncture, and yoga- so I knew it would be relaxing, but I also had no idea what to expect. Bethany at Flow Reiki and Wellness was great. Very thorough and caring. She put me at ease and her space is great! I instantly experienced a sense of calm. Reiki was very relaxing and I did feel some energy shifts as well. She was even able to quiet my very busy mind. I felt so good and relaxed leaving- highly recommend it!"
