And he was Spot on! and I thanked him for saving my leg lol we laughed...long story short Bell and his assistant showed me that they really do care about their patient's well-being.... "Dr Bell is the orthopedic surgeon who operated on my son. My son had a very bad compound fracture of the foot/ankle. Dr Bell was awesome...with us as parents and, more importantly, with my son as his patient! He calmed my son's worries and took time to sit and discuss my son's concerns. Dr Bell's knowledge and skillful hands are very appreciated by our family! We highly recommend Dr Bell! "

"If there was a way to give negative stars, we would. Dr. Bell did surgery on my husband's ankle and not only did he never visit him in the hospital, he seemed irritated when my husband asked for a visit before discharge, which by the way, didn't happen. His 1st appointment after discharge caused my husband to say he didn't want to return. The appointment was at 10 and he didn't get called back until a little after 11. When he got back there, he rushed through the appointment and when my husband expressed his displeasure, neither Dr. Bell nor his assistant seemed to care. His 2nd appointment was today and it was even worse. 9am appt and he didn't get called back until after 10am and then sat in the exam room another 15 to 20 minutes with no communication. When my husband asked the assistant what took so long, the assistant told him he was an independent contractor and didn't have to answer to him, then walked out. Dr. Bell came in and asked if he had time to go over to the hospital to do X rays, my husband said he'd already been there for 2 hours, to which Dr. Bell responded, " It's up to you" and left the room. My husband walked out and when the ladies at the front desk asked him about another appointment, he said, "I won't be back" to which they responded, "We understand ". How sad a commentary that Dr. Bell didn't care enough to ask him not to leave. How sad a commentary that while we waited, there was no communication about the wait time. We are in the process of securing another, reliable, caring, compassionate, and concerned orthopedic doctor."

"Some reviews said he is a jerk. He is also arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He does not remember what he did for you from one office visit to another. He only lays hands on you when he does injections. He wants you to keep up appointments and he does not touch you. Co pays are not cheap. His staff is not friendly the never smiles or are happy to see you. Never know your name they don't care. Do not conversation with patients. Talk about patients as if you are not there His staff performs like robots no greetings Just what's your name. You have @ 40.00 copayment. No thank you at all Just have a seat. The over charge on your copays and tell you to speak to billing. Today he shut the door in my face and told me to go where I was getting a hip done at. I came to him be cause he did knees and He was highly recommended and he did both of my moms knees. My sister did not like his bed side manner. But I came to him anyway he was rude when I first met him but I just figured that's what you get when you want the best as I thought. I was not going to post this but after I seen how low his reviews are. I feel that I am in my right. I am not done with this patient experience. I felt horrible when he slammed the door in my face. Because he was my preference. But he told me I was not his. The truth of the matter is I was pain free with his treatment. So I am really hurt. He also kept my copay after he kicked me out!"

"Our 24 year old son ended up in the ER from a bad car accident with a broken femur. Dr. Bell spoke to us both before and after the surgery, taking time to answer all our questions. Very positive experience Fast forward 4 weeks and we have to take our son to Dr. Bell's office to be seen to have the staples taken out. Bare waiting room, cold & uninviting receptionist. It seems that he is the only doctor there while there are a bunch of PAs and other support staff. The support staff were all friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, we sat in the waiting room OVER an hour and a half to be seen. Talking to other patients while we wait confirmed that wait times are a huge problem with this office--one lady told me she had to wait 4 hours after her scheduled appointment time to be seen. So for us 9:05 am appointment (and we were 10 minutes early) and we did not get out of there until there until 11:30 I get the impression that Dr. Bell is stretched too thin and even having a bunch of support staff doesn't help because there are things only a doctor can do."

"Dr Bell is very arrogant and he talk down to people, I had a very bad experience with him, he might be good in his profession, he should not be dealing with people. People sit outside of his office and complain but they never report him."

Unique Me

"Dr Bell is nice and I'm sure he's good at his profession. I was a patient of his for years in a lot of pain before I was diagnosed with my disease. That really upstairs me because I feel as though had my problem been diagnosed in time I would not have suffered as bad as I did."

Donny Vasquez

"He may be a jerk but he did the most perfect meticulous surgery on my clavicle, no pain whatsoever like it never happened. I'm reading these reviews and it seems like they are the sensitive snowflakes that didn't vote for Trump because he's arrogant . crybabies."
