He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives both parents and kids confidence and peace of mind. He was also incredibly accommodating with schedule changes, which we truly appreciated as a busy family. The entire practice was wonderful to work with, professional, responsive, and organized from start to finish. We are so grateful for the excellent care our family has received. And while I hope my third child does not need orthopaedic care anytime soon, if they do, Dr. Streets will be our first call without hesitation!"

"Gave four stars because there was no one to open building at 535a.m. I had a 630a.m. surgery. Was told to be there by 535 promptly. Tried calling phone no. on door recording said building open 535. Tried getting a "nurse " by menu prompt. Nothing. Very nerve wracking. We were still standing outside building after 6. Luckily a technician came by and let me (and my husband/driver) in. The technician via someone on phone did my paperwork. Didn't give me confidence BUT the surgical staff was all there and they assured me they were ready. Surgery pre and post was great. Had five staff with me. Very attentive."

"I like that they do not push for anything and try to include the patient in the decision making. I do not appreciate (and hence my 2-star rating) their double scheduling patients for the same time slot/doctor, and then being rushed through. Basically, on two occasions, I had to wait for close to an hour to be seen for 10 min by Dr. Street. Patients' time is NOT less valuable than doctors' time. If you value your time, avoid this practice."

"Dr. Volk is a great physician because he took his time to diagnose my knee pain. Moreover, he explains to me in detail about my arthritis and patella tendonitis. He gave me a PRP( Platelet-rich plasma) injection the same day. I can not express how grateful for his professionalism. I have been suffering from knee pain for a long time, and I have used many pain medications and steroid injections with absolutely no results. Again, I really appreciate Dr. Volk and will recommend anyone who has the same pain and misery as I did."
