"My mom went to see Dr Farag for her knees when she was forced to see someone else after THEY MADE HER SIGN A PAPER IN ADVANCE THAT SHE SAW DR FARAG. SHE THEN SAW ANOTHER PERSON who IS NOT A LICENSED PHYSICIAN. He saw her MRI and told her everything looks fine and there is NO KNEE CYST. SHE CALLED DR FARAG when he was walking by in thee office, BUT HE WALKED AWAY!!! When she told the front desk that she should see Dr Farag himself, the woman was very rude and said that the other person who saw her is an orthopedic surgeon at his hometown country!! and literally said DO WHATEVER YOU WANT in a tone meaning bang your head in the wall!! Afterwards, my mom went to her orthopedic Dr Amr AbdElgawad and she showed him the same MRI only to find out that THERE WAS A BIG CYST AND OSTEOARTHRITIS HAS WORSENED AND NEEDS ARTHROCENTESIS AND HYALURONIC INJECTIONS. Same thing happened with my sister she was told she was fine when she visibly had multiple bone lesions on her imaging results for an undiagnosed autoimmune disease and needs intervention otherwise she will develop irreversible joint deformity. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. FRONT DESK LADY IS RUDE. THE DR ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND DOES NOT SEE THE PATIENTS. HE MAKES UNLICENSED PERSON SEE THEM AND THIS IS ILLEGAL."

"This office is nothing but an injection pusher. If you are in actual pain do not go to this office. They have a young PA seeing patients that is clueless and steadily pushing gimmicky alternatives instead of dealing with each patient accordingly. You will not even see Dr. Faraj don't let this office run up your insurance with injections that are not indicated to treat pain. And pain medications that barely last you 30 days."
