"I needed to get a drug test performed for my new employer as this was the location that was chosen. Upon reviewing their business hours I decided to call to confirm. I spoke with Dr. Petronas and she was great. Polite, professional, courteous. I explained that I was currently in the city but that I would leave early to make it to her location. She was gracious and kind and said she would wait for me. I called her a couple of other times to let her know I was en route. I made it shortly after closing hours and she greeted me with a smile.
