"I had knee replacement surgery on October 8 and Went to physical therapy at NovaCare on October 22. I thought my treatment would be aggressive and there would be a lot of assisted knee bending, but there was no assistance with that matter from the start and till the end. No one touched any part of my knee. I take that back Lindsey did bend and massaged my knee once. George didn't touch my knee not once. My doctor suggested I find another therapist because after 2 mos, my range of motion was only 54 and if I stayed he would have to do a manipulation of the knee. I left the 2nd week of December and now working with another physical therapist who has gotten me to 95 range of motion. They massage, bend, straighten, and ice my knee each and every time. I go twice a week at the new place and was going three times a week at novacare. I'm pissed. I wasted 2 mos at this place, but I tell you one thing they were consistent in and that's double booking and not paying attention if I were doing the exercises given correctly, minus the every now and then glance, and they also definitely asked about pay although mine went through the VA. So my experience was not great and I had to leave to get better help, so I wouldn't be walking with a limp or having to go back under for corrections to be done."
