Testimonials

JH Fos

"Excellent, friendly and professional service. All of the staff have been very pleasant."

Bobby Poist

"Dr. Brown was amazing and really helped me get my hand straight. His team was professional and courteous! I see a lot of negative reviews in this day and age. Doctors that don't care about their patients, and people who don't feel the love. I felt like I was constantly informed. They cared about my situation and really helped me. I would recommend them to anyone! Ricks Team was amazing as well. I always felt like they were helping me. I recovered very fast. Especially considering I was wondering if I would ever have full use of my hand and wrist again. The office is professional and offer a great personal touch! Kudos to both teams!"

Mack McKinney

"This is actually from Bennie McKinney. I have been going to Bay Area Orthopedics for 3 years now and have had knee injections, a knee replacement, and a foot surgery. I have seen 3 different doctors, Dr Brown, Dr Sood and Dr Linzer for different things and I have loved every one of them. I have also seen the PA's Steve and Selma and they have always been there for me. The scheduling nurses for the Drs have always been great too and have always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. This Practice has helped me and my husband so much, they are all friendly and listen to what I have to say. The front office and billing departmentS are always friendly and I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend this Practice and they have several different locations too. I am so glad I found them."

Pablo Telford

"Clean practice and friendly staff. I felt like I was in the care of professionals each time I visited this office. Dr Linzer paid close attention to my recovery progress and made decisions that made me feel confident that they're in my best interest. I definitely recommend this practice!"

Cynthia Jacobs

"Staff is always friendly. Didn't have to wait too long. Dr Doukas is always friendly and patient. Questions I usually had for my appointment are general answered during exam before I've even asked so he is very thorough and thoughtful."

Siani James

"I seen Dr. Valjee in September for ongoing foot pain. He recommended a MRI which I paid a $250 deductible for. Once he got the results, he claimed that nothing was seen from the MRI besides soft tissue swelling. He then told me to make a follow up appointment to discuss treatment. I made the appointment and it was canceled by the staff over 3 times of rescheduling by them. It's like they brushed me off as if my injury wasn't serious enough. It's now December and I still haven't seen the doctor again to discuss treatment after the MRI. I received a bill from this practice for incomplete diagnosis. I'm extremely disappointed."

"My wife and I have been going here since the late ninety's -Now, over an almost 30 span, there have been times when the staff was not up to par: Phones not answered... request not followed up... These periods have been brief. And when brought to the Doctor's attention they are addressed. Overall, the staff here has always been very very good! The Surgeons, PA's and medical assistants: ALWAYS THE BEST IN CLASS. I have had dealings with many of the professionals here (Most recently Dr.'s Bigby, Linzer, Brown and Steven Sullivan and their staff's), each and every one has gone above and beyond. Quick story: Dr. Brown and his assistant Steve Sullivan have kept me mobile with a bad knee for more than two decades. 15 years ago my wife and sister-in-law talked me in to going to a famous local hospital to speak with a "Known" surgeon there. He wanted to replace my knee. Had to be done. I did not and am glad I did. Dr. Brown and Mr. Sullivan share a vison on keeping me mobile, pain free and putting that surgery off as long as possible."

Megan Kelsall

"I like Dr. Linzer, he seemed more knowledgeable than the doctor that referred me to him. However I have struggled with his staff every step of the way. Before I even walked in the door they weren't as friendly as my other doctor's who came out to greet me with a wheel chair when I wasn't good on crutches, here I called to see if they could come out and they refused. Even afterwards the staff were not friendly overall, and did not assist me at all when I was a recently injured person not used to being on one foot. While in the exam room the staff often make me feel rushed, as if they want me to leave as soon as possible. Then I repeatedly struggled to get them to send in the paperwork for short term disability. Now they cancelled my appointment and didn't call because I was on the old system and not the new one. I don't know if the staff are overworked, and they need to hire more people, or if they simply need to replace people with more competent staff but it is not pleasant working with them."
