"Unnecessary Treatments and rudeness I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the chiropractor's unethical behavior. Despite my repeated requests to ensure that each treatment was covered by insurance and necessary, they continued to add unnecessary therapies which doesn't add any benefits and try to include my treatment. What's even more egregious is that they lied to me about the coverage and necessity of these treatments, only to send me bills afterwards. Over a year, I received bills, but never had any co-pay deducted at the time of visit and verified with insurance, leading me to believe that everything was covered. Their actions are a clear breach of trust and demonstrate a blatant disregard for patients' well-being and financial concerns. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere and don't trust when they offer unwanted services. It's kind of scam"
