"I broke my hand pretty badly in July 2025, and without the post-surgery treatment provided by Jeff and Casey, my hand would be in bad shape. Through detailed analysis, personalized treatment, and excellent planning for at-home therapy, my hand is nearly good as new. I could not be more grateful for the treatment I received from them. Jeff and Casey both treated me as if I was the only patient they had. They never got annoyed with my questions, explained what we were doing to heal my hand (and why), and brought me back to near 100%. I've had bad experiences with PTs before (*never* go to Spear, it's like a factory). At StarPro, they care, and it shows. I would recommend anybody looking for hand therapists to StarPro. You know you will be treated well there, and it really makes a huge difference in post-surgery recovery. Surgeons will tell you you're healed once the bone is healed, but there's a lot more important work to get back functionality and mobility. Jeff and Casey were realistic with me, but gave me the confidence to keep working toward full recovery. I'm excited I'm healed but a little sad to leave - thank you guys so much, you really changed my life!"

In terms of the clinic, the PT area is very open and clean, never too crowded, and the staff is super friendly. StarPro was also very adept at working through insurance requests and follow-ups. Jeffrey Wong has tremendous experience with all things hand/wrist rehab, was always able to answer my questions, and gave just the right amount of encouragement (when I needed it to work harder) vs pushback (when I wanted to move too quickly).
