Testimonials

Margaret Fluhr

"HSS PT is an all around great place. Everyone I've met is warm, concerned and helpful. The facility is attractive and extensive- there is a large well equipped gym as well as private rooms. Although I have had pt several times in the past, this is the first time where I have had such a thorough assessment prior to the establishment of a treatment plan. Each session has ended with exercises to do at home, which are relevant and can be accomplished without equipment. I highly recommend them."

"My son Noah needed to get an emergency ACL and meniscus repair surgery. He was misdiagnosed by his previous Orthopedic doctor. Dr. Green, I used to get a second opinion because Noah's knee was only getting progressively worse. I believe from my first meeting with Dr. Green and after reading his review's I knew that I wanted him to perform the surgery. I also spoke to Dr. Cordasco via a phone conference. He was also kind and knowledgeable about what my son needed to recover. This is the only hospital that I will go to get an Orthopedic surgery. Dr. Green and Dr. Cordasco are experts at what they do. Lori, Dr. Cordasco's PA is thoughtful and kind and was very diligent in ensuring that Noah received the best Physical Therapy. The Both nurses Erica at Lexington Avenue office and the discharge nurse Jennifer at post surgery were very kind, caring and thoughtful. They all came to discuss the procedure with you before and after the surgery. I love the fact that they will continue to monitor Noah's progress throughout his stages of recovery and even after that. Noah lost his dad 6 months prior to the surgery. He was grieving and feeling hopeless because of his injuries and not being able to play soccer the sport that he loved. I just want to thank Dr. Green, Dr. Cordasco and Staff for the kindness that you showed Noah. What a great organization. You put the "H" back in the word humanity."

"The actual PT people are good - but the location is extremely understaffed and receptionists seem overwhelmed and therefore downright rude/unhelpful. You can not get Physical Therapy appointments, they are booked for weeks in advance. Overall not a great experience and too frustrating to deal with - will not be going back. Found another therapy place that books daily/weekly appointments much more easily."
