"I have been coming to Anahata for years. I find it's always best to try to schedule monthly and plan my massage therapy regularly. I go about every two weeks and it has helped me immensely. Joshua is easy to talk to about my concerns and has helped with my carpel tunnel, tennis elbow and holding less tension. Learning how to relax and breath has had a side effect of less head aches and not holding stress in my shoulders. My carpel tunnel and elbow pain are literally gone. Stretches and regular tune ups have been amazing to avoid surgery. I have found it helps best if I visit regularly. I recommend Joshua highly. He was even helpful after I lost my mom with my grieving process. Just being there to remind me that I need help too. He's been a great addition to my self care practices."
