"The doctor was attentive, not rushing the appointment. he explained everything to me about my condition, the surgery, and the recovery. The staff was great! They made me feel like i was valued and important, this is exactly why I canceled my previous surgery with another doctor -because I felt as if they had better things to do. the staff. When i comes to surgery, you probably deal with the staff more than you do with the doctor. And if your staff fails in communication or professionalism, the entire office atmosphere is toxic. Thank you for having a great staff. Also, the waiting room was clean, ample seating, and had a TV on local news. The receptionist was fantastic! I didn't get her name but - Keep her!"
