"Pivot-Athletico is AMAZING! Dr. Allison Collins is incredible. I feel comfortable talking to her about my care. Bonnie Provost is kind. Patient. Super winderdul. Everyone is knowledgeable and I know I am getting the best possible Physical Therapy for my fractured Tibia, torn ACL and Torn MCL. If I have Surgery Bonnie and I will have a long Road together! My initial intake and my check ups were with John Broadway. John is a treasure. Very, very good at PT. I am a client for life. I thought I would prefer a private individual room with only one on one but I much prefer the PT PARTY! Misery loves company. There are many advantages to the open room with many beds. The front desk rules Alyssa, Brianna keep the appointments flowing. BWI g somewhere without a front desk is much harder. I easily was scheduled convenient times 3 times a week for an entire month. EASY!! Thank you so much Pivot-ATHLETICO!"

"Walked in for a consult. Got in a pointless back-and-forth with the receptionist about what my insurance would or would not cover. She refused to make any real attempts at inquiring if my insurance would cover the cost (it did). In frustration, I left. Good job, guys."

"I have been using Pivot for 12 months and the service seriously deteriorated from when I started until now. I went back in October 2021 after a surgery for PT, and the front office staff were incompetent they deleted many appointments off the schedule for both me and my mother in law and everytime I went to pay my copay, I was told that I don't have one (which I do), now I have been sent a $400 bill with more to come 3 months after I started my rehabilitation, this will most likely be closer to a $700 at the end of it which I'm furious about because I wanted to pay up front but the staff told me that I don't have a copay. I will not be going back there because of this issue."

"I was in a major car accident ealier this year. In which a serve back and other injuries had occurred. I had began treatment but feel into a complete state of depression from my injuries feeling hopeless thinking that nothing was going to help and I would be like this for life. Still feeling hopeless about my recovery I started therapy at a different location with Tricia and after starting therapy here I've began to feel a lot more hopeful I would get better one day. I had been to many therapy places in the past but tricia is really an amazing therapist. I finally feel like I may recover. She really knows her stuff and I'm happy I made the choice to go here. I still have a long way to go but I feel like I actually have a shot at getting back to how I was before my accident. They have really given me hope here. And I'm starting to look forward to going to my appointments every week. If you are feeling like nothing is helping and you have been going to therapy and it's not working. I really suggest you try going to pivot. They seem to really care about their patients and their recovery."
