"When other PTs couldn't get me in for weeks, they were able to get in touch with my insurance and get me on the calendar quickly. All of the PT staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and worked with my body to determine the best course of action. They worked with my schedule and I'd go back there again in a heart beat if the need arises."
"EDIT: The office in Ballston (and regional staff) was able to help me by taking the time to call my insurance company and find me appointments, as such I have left their office a separate review with 5-stars. For this office, I will be adding 1+ star to give them 2-stars (from 1-star) as I'm unsure what (if any) remediation has taken place to fix their front office not taking proper steps to reach out to insurance as requested which complicated my ability to receive treatment in a timely manner. Consider this a warning. The physical therapists are fine, it's the questionable business practices of their front office. I have excellent insurance that has Select PT as "in network" and not requiring any pre-authorization. Despite this, they scheduled a series of appointments only to cancel them at the last minute claiming my insurance did not provide pre-authorization. The individual at the front desk of the Carlin Springs office specifically said she had called my insurance to verify this, but my insurance had no record of Select PT ever reaching out to them."

"Select Physical Therapy on South Carlin Springs Road is wonderful. The therapists are caring and LISTEN to you and take their time with each patient to evaluate concerns and issues. The facility is clean and well-equipped. They play fun music and in my experience, everyone is smiling, pleasant, and friendly. I've been going for lower back issues and the Physical Therapist that was assigned to my case, Lauren Britt is extremely knowledgeable, patient with me and is helping me to learn different "tricks" to heal and strengthen my back. I really appreciate all of her time and suggestions. I look forward to my PT visits! I feel better when I leave!! They are a 5-Star facility in my opinion!"
