"My 5 YO son needed a follow-up after breaking his arm to see if he was ready to get his brace off. I am extremely disappointed with the communication I had with this place. When speaking with the representative, Jonathan, he made it clear I was able to do X-rays and a consult at the Hoboken location. After we arrived for our appointment, they told us they in fact do NOT have an x-ray machine at their location and will need me to pay for a consult before they can even recommend a prescription for me to go elsewhere for an x-ray. Very upset with how this was handled. I wish I was able to comment on the doctors and level of care but couldn't even get that far."
