"I have never encounter such poor service in the medical field in my entire life as I have with this office. The first time I called this office the representative was yawning over the phone and seem distracted and not focusing when we were speaking, what a first impression. My mom is a patient of Dr Barry Jupiter. She needed the Drolane shot, we have been in communication with this office since oct 1st 2025 to obtain an authorization from her insurance today is Dec 8th 2025. Whenever we call this office we would speak with a different front desk rep who seem very incompetent and seem unwilling to help. To summarize we had to do all the leg work and obtain the prior authorization ourself and yet they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Whenever I call they don't know how to help and would say its the office manager who handles this process and we cannot speak with her/him. After many back and forth I was able to contact the correct specialty pharmacy and provide all the info. All that is left now is for the office to submit the rx to the pharmacy to fill the priscription and was assured that the PA would be sending it over on Monday Dec 1st. I explained the the the urgency of having this completed by Dec 31st 2025 as my mother's insurance will be terminating on that day. I called on Thursday Dec 4th and they were not sure if it was done. Again I call back today Dec 8th and was advise the office manager would be in by 9.00 to call back since they have no idea what's going on. I callback at 10.00 and was advise she came and step out so I cannot speak to anyone. I ask for an appt this upcoming Thursday as that's the only day the dr worked at this office. I was given an appt and was told when we come to this appt we can ask the PA to submit the script to have the injection filled as my mom is not the only patient. Mind you all this time my mom is in alot of pain. I have never seen such incompetence. I did got upset when she told me to come in on Thursday to ask the PA to submit the script to the pharmacy, now I am doing this job. When I ask why we have to come in to ask the PA to send the script when they should have had this done she just put me on hold. So here we are now not sure what will happen as this office does not seem to care about the patients need or maybe they want her to pay out of pocket, what other conclusion can I come to as they have everything needed to fill the prescription but the rude and incompetent employees don't seem to care."

"I went for my regular checkup and the front desk person was very unprofessional. They were only focusing if I had any prior accident case. They took my xray without asking me my reason of seeing the doctor. While I was waiting another patient had the same issue and I literally saw them fighting with the customer outside of the care. The patient was recording her rude behavior. Then The nurse or the worker in the care literally took the patient's phone and smashed it on the street. He was also trying to hit the other person. After that I just left. I literally left the place right away after. Definitely not recommended at all. If the stuff of an orthopedic care treats their patient like that I don't know what is happening in the world."

"This office is very reckless . The doctor ordered a mri and the clerical staff still did not send it to my insurance. The doctors are great but the clerical staff is lazy."
