"Attempted to make my first appointment with Dr. Jump. Coming from PA , my GPS took me on East MacPhail instead of West which had construction. However, I tried to call the office only to get the call center. The only response from the call center was to tell me I had a fifteen minute time frame to get to my appointment. Not help with where this place was located. Finally, she said she would call the office and let them know I was coming. After two or three times repeating I had fifteen minutes to make it there. NOT HELPFUL! I made it in"fifteen"only to have now the desk repeat I had fifteen minutes from my appointment time. My appointment was 1:15. I walked in the door at 1:28. No where on the information did they say come at 1 pm for your 1:15 time frame. Then was told the office couldn't do the scan as the person behind me was there. Then why was I told to I would be there for two hours and bring shorts. Between the desk being flippant and the call center the same, this office lost a patient. I will also say, my friend had an appointment where she was told to come in at 6:30 am. The doctor walked in after she had been seated awhile. So now, this office wants to act like they are on such a tight time frame. Instead of speaking to the doctor directly the front desk chose to give me a hard time because she could. Consider going somewhere else."
