"Dr. Hiroya Kosaki is exceptionally precise and methodical. From the initial evaluation, it was clear he wasn't guessing or relying on vague explanations. He took the time to assess my movement patterns in detail and accurately identified the root causes of both my shoulder and hip issues. What stood out most was how targeted his diagnosis and treatment plan were--every test, cue, and exercise had a clear purpose. There was no cookie-cutter approach and no unnecessary fluff. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense and directly connected it to how I move and load my body. Although he is currently sitting for his CFMT, he is already extremely strong at implementing IPA-based techniques in practice. His clinical reasoning and hands-on execution reflect a level of skill and confidence you'd expect from someone much further along in their certification process.
