"I went to The Joint since I was in so much pain and could barely walk, sleep, drive because I was in so much pain. With the outcome that has taken place today I now get their business model. They put you into this expensive plan and offer the world and you take it. After the 1st adjustment I was told that it will get a bit better tomorrow, it's going to take time, went again because I was worse, no improvement, again he adjusted and I still didn't get better. I decided to go to a different chiropractor. Come to find out this place is just a generic back crack and leave. The "real" chiropractor I went to spent an hour with me talking about symptoms and within that time I had an answer. I had a herniated disk. This means I shouldn't be getting adjusted and I should be doing traction therapy and ice. By the end of my visit with him I was back to normal and no pain. Here I am today. Over $300 into The Joint, had 2 visits and they won't provide me with any sort of refund. I told them I'd pay for the visits I was actually able to use and I was shut down and told they wouldn't be doing and read the contract. Maybe the contract should say we don't fix you, we put duct tape on it, you'll be fine. They asked for a doctors note to cancel early and they still won't provide me with a refund. I went twice. If you have serious pain DO NOT use this franchise go to an actual chiropractor. This is a crack and leave place. Oh and the real chiropractor only cost $90 and I was 100% better."
