Testimonials
"This place is very detailed at making sure they get you back into healing. Phenomenal atmosphere, amazing staff who were very attentively detailed to my needs and concerns. The front receptionist are all amazing with the millions of questions I asked. Lol"
"Definitely will recommend this place to anyone that is seeking a physical therapy session! Very professional, friendly and understanding set of employees from the front desk to all of the hard working therapists in the back area.... Made me feel very comfortable and welcoming "
"My experience with this office has been deeply unprofessional and stressful. I came in on Thursday to request a disability letter after a recent pain management appointment. One front desk staff member told me, "I don't work for them," and said she only works for PT and chiropractic. The other staff member refused to help at all, despite the fact that I am an active pain management patient. I also requested my medical records and was told they would be sent on Friday. It is now Monday, and I have received nothing no records and no explanation. When they refused to help with the disability letter, I asked to speak with my primary pain management doctor, Dr. Manadan, who was in the office. I was told he could not provide the letter and that he was "too busy" to see me, even though the waiting room was completely empty. Being denied access to my own treating physician is unacceptable. The physical therapy here is often unsupervised, turning into a do-it-yourself sessions. This environment does not reflect proper care or professionalism. If it wasn't for Romeo, Dr O, Joana, I'd rather a gym membership. This office has repeatedly failed to communicate, failed to provide essential documentation, and failed to offer even basic patient support. Patients deserve competent and respectful care not excuses, delays, and dismissiveness."
