She helped improve the functionality and strength of my knee after I allowed myself to backslide from a knee revision 18 months ago. "Oh where to begin. Julie is absolutely incredible. After over 7 months of pain, and two surgeries I was beyond defeated and could not see life going back to normal. After a few weeks with Julie that all changed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and genuine all while providing the push that is needed for recovery. She keeps you updated with facts tied to measurements so you can really see your progress since sometimes it feels so small or not existent. Her positivity, professionalism and encouragement are apparent though each visit and truly made a painful process slightly less painful for me. I owe so much of my recovery to her and will always be grateful to this office. "My experience at Select Physical Therapy was *AWESOME!* My therapist was Julie and I can't say enough how wonderful she is with communicating with you, your Dr/Surgeon, and also scheduling appointments to fit your lifestyle. Julie's approach to physical therapy started very easy & within the limits of my pain threshold. Soon, she stepped-up the game and introduced me to harder tasks. Also, she gave me homework & a login to watch videos for the exercises I needed to do at home. After measuring my improvement & progress she increased my exercises again! Julie takes her time to listen to you and understand your injury or surgical procedure. She massaged my scar wound & gave me tons of tips to reduce the scar tissue & also loosen the scar from the nerves & muscle tissue below the scar. The entire staff is fun, kind, friendly & respectful. We'd often engage in fun conversations about travel & social media stuff. Every visit for therapy was helpful & fun. Julie never pushed me too hard. She pushed me to the limits of movements I was able to perform & she built my personal program around that. She set our goals & helped me reach them with care. I'm very close to reaching 100% MMI and I have returned back to work. I am very grateful for the Team at Select Physical Therapy for all the help they have provided me."
