Testimonials

Kary MK

"My first contact was through several calls with Sue, discussing my insurance, etc. She was and still is, helpful with questions and scheduling, as is Brook. Elizabeth and Amy have both worked with me, providing great care and answering sooo many of my questions. I also saw Paul a few times who also gave me great sessions. I recently had my first dry needling with Amy, which was excellent and I'm looking forward to the next visit and more dry needling, hopeful that I'll continue to improve."

"Absolute best part of my post-surgery rehab has been the unexpected amazing results (ie increased mobility and decreased tightness) thanks to the team at Rush PT in Naperville. From Sue at the front desk to the whole PT team (Beth, Sajani, Julia, and Amy) I could not have more positive feedback other than to say thank you for giving me my pre-surgery body back and doing it in such a friendly and can-do environment!! Thank you ladies!!"

"Pros - The physical therapists and both of the receptionists are friendly and helpful. They always answer any questions. Cons - There is a sign at the office requesting reviews...since these things are hard to speak to in person, and the most senior person is not always in attendance, therefore, mentioning these here and using a different name to avoid hardship: Depending on the physical therapist, some use time well to provide benefit and rehab exercises for the time there, while others don't give their full attention and I experience less benefit, and lose time waiting for direction for the next thing to work on, due to eyes on the cell phone, and making plans of restaurants or going out, or having to help other employees or double appointments. I think a person is away too, so made a temporary difficulty. Also, the scent of some type of room freshener in the facility is too strong, can cause headaches and breathing difficulty, let alone some people may not like the scent; doesn't feel appropriate for a place that is meant to improve our health, especially as it has become more well known that the chemicals from these air fresheners are not good for us. Thank you for reading"

"Julia is an excellent physical therapist. She is knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. I had a difficult diagnosis with neurology that had been misdiagnosed previously. She knew exactly how to treat it. She incorporated strength, massage and dry needling. In addition to creating a successful care plan, I have found her to be a good listener, responsive, answers all questions and very friendly. The whole staff is professional and very pleasant to work with. Nice small office too."

"Wonderful facility! Sajani is a wonderful PT who goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are comfortable. She is caring and truly takes the time to listen and develop a program best for her patients. I cannot leave a review without mentioning Sue, who is amazing and always making sure I have my appointments scheduled!"

"Sajani is absolutely wonderful. She was my physical therapist for the first time at Rush and I loved her. She is very caring and really helped me yesterday. I hope to have her again."

Carole Collins

"Saw Sajani for my evaluation for edema therapy and was very pleased with her treatment plan. Sue did a great job getting me scheduled for the times I needed. She is so good at calling if she has cancellations to see if I can take the time slot. Office is run very efficiently. Highly recommend their therapists."

Dan Goding

"The dry needling has helped relax my back muscles immensely! Mike and Beth are very conscientious about the process and are extremely professional. Sue also does a great job booking appointments. They are the best!"
