"Not the best experience. When I arrived, one of the receptionists had a standoffish unfriendly attitude and tone - No smile, no friendliness, seemed like she didn't wanna be there. After filling out some paperwork, I go to see the physical therapist... only to find out that it's not actually him. It's a "temp". When scheduling the appointment, nobody told me I'd be seeing a temp. He had to call someone on the phone (I'm guessing it was the actual PT?) to ask what to do for my treatment. I chose to come here because according to the doctor (Dr. Ahmed Hassanein)'s ZocDoc profile, he does a specific kind of PT called Visceral Manipulation which can help to treat abdominal adhesions. When I told the tempt I wanted to treat adhesions he looked a bit alarmed and confused. Now that I took a second look at the doctor I thought I was going to see's ZocDoc profile, I realized that it mentions he specializes/ does all kinds of physical therapy which seems a bit fishy to me. After being given a heating pad and doing some crunches & stretches for maybe 45 minutes, the temp told me to ask the receptionist for a paper which will include some stretches to do at home before my next appointment. I asked both the receptionists for the paper on the way out. One looked confused (she didn't know what I was referring to) and the other said to "ask for it when I come back for my next appointment". I will say that the temp therapist seemed like a kind man. This is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But this just wasn't a good experience overall. It didn't seem very organized or professional. I came from an hour and a half away and I am not sure the main physical therapist here actually specializes in everything mentioned on his ZocDoc profile or what I needed."
