"Update: After I posted this review, Bria (the regional manager) called me right away--which I thought was phenomenal. She listened thoughtfully, discussed next steps for addressing the situation, and helped me schedule at a different location. It's reassuring to know that someone like her is overseeing the clinic, and I'm hopeful that things will improve at this location now that she's aware. Original: I'm in healthcare administration, so I hold a high standard for professionalism and patient-centered care. Unfortunately, my experience here fell far below that. My physical therapist (Cathy), who is also the manager, made multiple unprofessional comments about clients within earshot of others--including mocking a patient's difficulty with equipment and belittling another woman who didn't laugh at a "joke" posted on the wall. That sign, which read something like "Don't cry, it only encourages your PT," may be intended as humor, but it sends a harmful message, especially to older or more vulnerable clients who may already hesitate to speak up. When I called to cancel all future appointments and shared my discomfort, I was met with complete indifference. The staff member who answered (Johnny) simply said "okay," with no attempt to acknowledge or understand the concern I shared. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. I would never allow this kind of dismissiveness or disrespect at the clinic I help manage, and I cannot recommend this practice to others seeking compassionate, professional care."

"I have experienced therapy services twice at this location. Everytime, I have had a great and wonderful experience. ALL the therapists are professional, knowledgeable and very caring as to what your situation is. They truly treat you with respect and concern to give you the best care possible. I recommend them highly. Each time going for therapy, they corrected my problem immensely, with great treatment that worked. Cathy is the manager, and with her entire team, they know what to do, and get the job done Gian at the front desk, handles appointments, reminders, and the important tasks behind the scenes, with kind professionalism too.
