"Staff is very nice and helpful, but I do not recommend Dr. Goodman. He wasted our time and money, had us come to an unnecessary follow up, didn't take x-rays, barely spoke to my husband (the patient), filled out a form illegibly and incorrectly so we had to call the office again and the desk staff had to refill it. Do not see him."

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it was evident that the staff's level of care and compassion was lacking. Not only was the doctor's demeanor unpleasant, but he also displayed rudeness and impatience during my follow-up visits. Despite my legitimate concerns and pain, I was met with annoyance rather than understanding. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the clinic left much to be desired. The lack of empathy and professionalism only added to my pain and suffering throughout my recovery process. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment or surgery with Dr. Steven Goodman; to reconsider and explore alternative options. A medical doctor and facility should prioritize patient care and comfort above all else, qualities that were sorely lacking during my unfortunate experience."
