"We have had the worst experience with the Surgeon Dr Ning Lin, M.D. at this practice. For background, my family member is an elderly with herniated disc on spine with pain for 10+months. Dr Lin recommended an noninvasive surgery option and made a statement that promised the patient would feel relieve from the constant pain and can walk home 3 hours after surgery. Elderly patient had considerable amount of pain post surgery and did not experience the kind of relief Dr Lin promised. Elderly patient felt so disappointed based on the expectations set by Dr Lin. To make the matter worse, since the surgery, the post op visits with Dr Lin at this practice entailed regularly a 2 hour of waiting in their sitting area/very painful for a patient who could not sit while under severe pain. And last time in their office, after an hour into waiting, we were informed that Dr Lin was called away for an emergency and asked us to wait longer in the exam room but not sure when he will return. We were seen by an PA after demanding to see someone. Lately, the appointment with Dr Lin has been cancelled twice. We will not be going back to him and will seek help from other more reputable doctors. Dr Lin needs to learn better patient communication and run a better practice."
