"Today was my first time ever visiting a chiropractor! The staff from entrance was amazing and very polite. Great customer service and answered all of my questions . Mr.Lee was extremely professional and also answered all of my concerns! I will be recommending!"

"Very unprofessional. worse medical office I have ever been too. When you call, no one ever answers. If you leave a voice mail, no one calls you back , ever. The wait an average of 40 mins. I had a procedure scheduled and they called me the day of, 2 hours prior to the procedure to tell me they have to cancel because they didn't have the part. I rescheduled and showed up for the procedure and the receptionist tells me that my appointment was moved two days later but no one gave me a courtesy phone call to tell me."

"I had an intake appointment at the Bel Air office. I have been to numerous offices and and practices in the last two years for my health issues including pain pain management etc. although this office is not a good fit for me right now. And I was in this office for an hour and a half was seen by the medical assistant and a PA. I believe this is the way a medical practice should be run. I was treated with respect, compassion, and was given the time and attention to my needs. Thank you"

"This is by far the worst pain management practice I have ever been too. The wait is usually 45 minutes to an hour and when you are finally seen you dont even get to see Dr. Lee but his assistant Alex who is a physician assistant and is incredibly useless. He insisted that I get an epidural steroid shot in my back even when my spine MRI showed ZERO evidence of a pinched nerve or any other type of spine disease. The problem was not in my back but in my muscles and the 6 months ive been going there my pain has gotten worse and worse and the most he could offer me was impotent muscle relaxants such as robaxin or baclofen. Please spare yourself from this awful practice!!!"

"Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I dont know where to start...was never meeting the doctor my appointment was with, lack of follow for my lab work, question incessantly about why i need something or is it being treated as if you are a drug addict. The absolute straw that broke the camels back was the insensitive nature of service. I forgot my wallet (first time ever) and asked to be billed for the copay. The receptionist said they couldnot do it that it was necessary to have to copay before service. I indicated that I would call with my card first thing in the morning and i was told no that i needed to come back tomorrow or reschedule. I go to the doctor with purpose and thats to help with my issue not add unnecessary duress. Needless to say i wont be going back. I should have waited for my orginal doctor. I'd rather deal with the pain and wait for my orginal doc. Buyer beware!!!"

"Had a phone call visit last month Dr Lee told me to go to someone else. So I did when the paper work came over to my new Doctor Dr Lee lied . Dr Lee not the Doctor you want to go to. Every month I told them nothing was working pain still their."

Corey Rasnake

"Please don't come here. The business practice is phony. Billing will screw you with "fake claims" from years ago to increase your owed balance. Completely unorganized to say the least. Lady in billing should not be in the position. Just as sleazy as the doctor was. Horrible"

Robin Lastner

"This is the worst dr I've and others have been to. He had a wonderful physiatrist there but he let him go. Now dr Lee is running things with patients. For example a friends whole body is breaking down. He was due to get his meds on 3rd. This good put a note to not fill till 8th. Which means his body will go through horrific withdraw along with debilitating pain and the dr doesn't care. Even the pharmacist was shocked and said omg does he know he can't do this to people. Do not go to this uncompassionate quack"
