"Excellent patient care and customer service. PT within the building and very knowledgeable about the foot/ankle effects on all the rest of the body. The orthotics are made in house and fit me very well. They come with up to 3 free adjustments but I didn't need any. My ankle was feeling so much better after just 1 visit to Derek the Physical Therapist. He was able to put some pressure around the tender spot and I've had almost no pain since. The x-ray tech was very kind and also took x-rays for my 10 years old. He took time to explain the pictures he took and what they showed. It was an excellent learning situation and helped to ease any tension about seeing the doctor. His sense of humor was amazing so I left feeling good physically and emotionally. Thank you all for listening closely to my concerns and addressing them quickly and with an excellent bedside manner."
