As a 32 year old human and former athlete, it was great to be able to work with the ATI Timonium team and be in a training program that fit my personal goals. I did PT for my ankle at another facility about 10 years ago, and I was pleasantly surprised that the exercises were not just foot/ankle focused but my whole lower body. As an RN, it was great to hear how these changes are based on the latest research. "I love the team at the Timonium location. Shelby and Katie are phenomenal physical therapists. It is a friendly and believe it or not, fun. Brett is the office comedian, he also helps you get set up with your exercises, makes sure you do them right and assists you in areas needed. I actually enjoy going. The best thing, it's working. I need therapy for fallen arches. After session 1 I could tell something was definitely happening. If you give them 100 percent they will help you."
