"We visited the ER at New Milford Hospital recently when my husband was experiencing severe muscle spasms and flank pain. From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and cared for. Dr. Adrian Pacheco was outstanding--professional, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made both of us feel at ease during a very uncomfortable and stressful situation. The nurses were also amazing--gentle, attentive, and truly caring throughout the entire visit. Even the reception staff made a difference. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were friendly and empathetic, which really matters when you're not feeling well. Thank you to Dr. Pacheco and the entire ER team at New Milford Hospital. "I've been here a few times for a few different reasons. This time was just follow up x-rays. I got here early before radiology opened. They were nice enough to check me in through emergency. However, my doctors office never sent the script. When the regular crew came in, they also checked. They gave me a direct fax number for the doctor. The entire staff was great including Samantha the x-ray tech. I know sometimes New Milford gets a bad rap, but if not for my doctors office today I would've had a great experience."
