"I had an amazing experience at Action Therapy! Dr. Judy and Dipal did a fantastic job helping me recover from painful neck and shoulder issues. I went for three months, and they truly went above and beyond my expectations. They used a wide range of exercises, stretches, and also incorporated dry needling and scraping (which really helped provide short-term relief). I'm impressed how they kept adjusting their approach until they pinpointed the actual issue and resolved it. You can tell they genuinely care and also know what they're doing -- They're highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and supportive. I never felt rushed, and always felt like I could ask as many questions as I wanted lol. If I ever need physical therapy again, I'll definitely be coming back for any future PT needs. "Where to begin...my experience at Action Therapy has been absolutely phenomenal. I started PT around the end of 2024 and was feeling nervous as I had not received physical therapy before and was not sure what to expect. I showed up for my first appointment and was greeted by Dr. Judy herself, who took me through the intake process and spent time asking questions about my challenges and PT goals. From there, she took me right into a session and thoroughly assessed my problem areas, developing a plan and path forward that day. Dr. Judy was incredibly kind, very funny and curious. I also worked with Dr. Dipal and the pair are fantastic together -- it felt like having two personalized doctors assessing my issues from their own specialty lenses. Both Dr. Judy and Dr. Dipal walked me through everything they were doing, explained in detail what muscles were being impacted and how the recovery plan addressed those areas. They took their time and never treated me like I should be a professional, because I am not, but explained their process in a clear manner and invited questions.
