Stretch Zone

"I have had several assisted stretch sessions at Stretchzone Bethesda. Today was my first session with Ovie and he was excellent. He listened to me as to my areas of concern and did a nice job of applying pressure in a controlled way and allowing time for me to give feedback. It was a good balance of being pushed to go beyond my comfort zone without being painful. Looking forward to the next visit."

"Drove 40 minutes to a closed studio for their intro session. No phone call or email answered. Needless to say, won't be back. Addition: I don't normally add to my review but the regional manager keeps on blaming me so here we are. 1. He insisted that I requested the schedule change over the phone, when I still have yet to talk to anyone from the studio. 2. They sent an email a day later without a date or time and says I agreed to the schedule change. 3. The lack of accountability and blaming that I drove to a wrong location is beyond my comprehension. I'm just sorry that I wasted my 2 hours last week and this morning on this meaningless correspondence."

"Ovie is a wonderful stretch coach! He is very responsive to my needs, changing up the session depending on where I might feel more stiffness than normal or pain. He's always professional and personable. It's great to be able to have an appointment on a Sunday, too!"

"They never answer the phone or call back for booking times. I signed up for monthly plan and am frustrated. Today I will drive there just to book a time even though they have changed me for month."

"After convincing me to sign up for a membership for weekly stretching, they do not offer any availability due to staffing shortages. First appointment available is 10 days away, and only available appointments are in the middle of the work day. They then did not respond to my initial outreach about the lack of availability, only responding when I asked for a refund which they refused. I would not have given this negative review, staffing issues can happen to any business, excerpt that when contacted to receive a refund for not providing the services agreed they refused and only offered to pause my account, or cancel it while still charging me for another month. Avoid doing business with these dishonest people."

"I have been coming to Carla for months now. I can't imagine not getting stretched once a week - I am quite active but not very good at stretching. So her stretching me is very important for my well-being. Not to mention that I could never stretch the way she does it by myself. She knows my body by now and does a perfect job and pushing it just to the point where I get the maximum stretch without hurting. She is the best!!!! I definitely recommend Stretch Zone and Carla."
