"I will never book an appointment with this office again...and I have been seen by several great doctors in their group. The staff cancelled my appointment which I made online because I didn't have an MRI - excuse me wasn't I suppose to see a doctor to determine if I needed the testing? Gave me a new appointment and now a new time I could not make. Policies...policies. I couldn't even switch doctors without the doctors having to discuss if I could switch care? What does that even mean? Hackensack needs to put business aside and get back to excellence in patient care. I would love to tell my doctor directly why I am no longer his patient."
