"When the lady came in the room she asked questions and took a full report as to why I was there. She was comforting, treated me very well. When the Physician came in the room it appeared as though he didn't communicate with her about my condition. I had to explain my concerns again. Furthermore he kept looking down at the floor when speaking to me as if I was sitting on the floor, addressing the floor and not me. That was very demeaning to me. I came there specifically for an examination and information about how to better my condition, if I needed physical therapy and for that reason only. "Doctors office was great, staff and doctor were world class. 4 stars because the phone system is horrible. No answers, hard to navigate, dead ends with hang up. Basically impossible to communicate back to the office via phone once you leave. But doc is great"
