"UPDATED REVIEW. Be careful. Dr Modugu listened and was nice in the beginning, but turned his back on me. The office turned their back on me. He "requested" two MRI's, this 1st one was denied and the insurance company wanted physical therapy. I did the P/T. I saw him again on March 30th and I told him that the therapy was aggravating the situation. He ordered a new MRI. The office didn't place it right away so and I'm still waiting for his office to follow up. No one cares if a patient is in pain, when you call they place you on hold or hang up they also rush you off the phone, no sensitivity at all. They're only see us as walking wallets. I'm very upset. It shouldn't take this long and I'm still in pain. As of now, June 27th. NOTHING!!!! Injections.... The office and Dr Modugu couldn't care less. You're only a pay check to them all.. Nobody knows what's going on in the office... disgraceful behavior"
