"This afternoon, I stopped by to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Wessling (Orthopedic Surgeon) regarding my finger. Unfortunately, he was not in the office today, and coordinating with my days off can be a bit challenging. However, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged for me to see Julia Lekht, PA-C, the same day, which made the entire process smooth and much less stressful. I had a wonderful experience at NY Orthopedic. I was seen promptly, and the staff were professional and courteous throughout my visit. Julia was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to clearly explain the surgical procedure to me. I highly recommend this practice!"

"First, I would like to say the entire staff was amazing. It was my first time there with my daughter. We got there late because we got lost, but the staff was very accommodating Although my daughter was the last patient, they took their time didn't make it feel like a bother that we were late and called us to make sure we were OK when we got there. They knew my daughter by first name which made me feel more comfortable.My daughter was seen there today by PA Madeline PA Madeline was very attentive. Listen to all of my concerns answered all of my questions answered all of my daughters questions and made my daughter feel a part of the assessment she Addressed all my concerns And gave a diagnosis and didn't make me feel like she was rushing me. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs it."

"Took my daughter to see Dr Mendez and he was great. Super helpful at easing all concerns for me and my kid. Front office (Jenn) was also great - kind, quick and helped us get our letters for school. Overall a super positive experience, I would recommend him to anyone. Also, my daughter took a stack of business cards to share with her friends. Ha!"
