"I've been trying to make an appointment with this office since December of 2025. Each person I've spoke to regarding scheduling an appointment has given miscommunication when it comes to the insurance process. I've sent 1 email regarding why my fiancee needed to be seen and 3 with photos of his insurance for them to verify if he can be seen in this office. I received a call today asking to spell out the name of the insurance which was very puzzling seeming as though I sent emails with the photo of his insurance. Is it even worth the time and patience going into this office at all?!"
