"I would give zero stars if it allowed me to. I have spent hours upon hours trying to schedule an appointment, with no luck. The admin team have absolutely no ability to process paperwork or insurance documents in order to get an appointment scheduled. None of the staff members seem to be working on the same team, never mind same company. I've had to resubmit the same documents 7-8 times. They work from multiple different cell numbers and it's not possible to reach back out to the same person, making it literally impossible to make any progress with admin. I've had the worst experience with the admin team. I do not recommend."
