Testimonials

Jeri Beck

"Amazing customer experience! From reception to any number of services they offer, you can count on the absolute best customer service experience. If your body requires deep pressure massage for maximum relief, I can strongly recommend Tim; you will not be disappointed. Several years ago I had a bad experience at a wellness center in the city I was working and as just thought, meh, and let underwhelmed. But Elements has definitely changed my opinion of receiving a quality facial. Nora takes time to understand your skin type so she can better address your skin care needs and makes amazing recommendations that lead to improved skin care health. Her methodical and intentional touch is the most soothing, and rejuvenating feeling I have ever experienced. Elements Massage - amazing!"

"I've had three massages here now, and I've had a great experience every time! Everyone who works here is so warm and welcoming. My last two massages were both with Emily, and I really appreciate how communicative she is. She's really good at finding all the knots and tight spots and getting them to loosen up. Every massage therapist has a different style and/or specialty, so be sure to read the bios when booking your appointment."

"Today I received my second massage at Elements Massage in Pentagon City, and after reading these reviews thoroughly, I must say that there are not enough reviews praising Shareika for the job she does! Before and during our 1-hour session, she made me feel incredibly comfortable, listening intently to craft a session that focused on my tension points. I'll absolutely be booking with her again!"

"I first visited Elements Massage in Arlington about two and a half years ago while visiting a friend who lives across from them. I had asked my friend about them and she had never used her services, so out of curiosity, I just booked a session--and I'm so glad I did. The experience was excellent, and even though I lived in Foggy Bottom at the time (a bit too far for regular visits), but I did book a few other session and I always remembered how much I enjoyed coming here. I knew that once I moved to this neighborhood, one of the first things I'd do would be to join their membership program, and that's exactly what I did. Now that I'm a member, I can truly appreciate the flexibility and value. Each month I can choose between a massage or a facial, or, if I really want to treat myself, I book both. Having that option built into my routine feels like such a gift, especially in today's stressful world. Between school, life, and everything in between, knowing that I have this space to relax, unwind, and take care of myself makes a huge difference. The staff here are not only talented professionals but also warm and attentive, which makes every visit feel personalized and welcoming. Since becoming a member, I've had sessions with Andrae and Juju, and they've both been absolutely wonderful. I also love that I can pick up my skincare at this location--the Sanitas products they use are fantastic and have become part of my routine. On top of that, I even introduced that friend who lives across the street to their membership program, and she enjoys her visits just as much as I do. I can't recommend Elements Massage enough. If you live in the neighborhood, or even if you don't, it's worth checking out. The convenience, the professionalism, the quality of care, and the overall experience are all top-notch. Trust me, you'll walk out feeling better than when you walked in."

"It was my first time and I thought I had a wonderful massage, however the next day I couldn't even move my neck and cried so much I had to get another massage to relieve the pressure. I wrote this message and the manager read it and called me immediately, she said I wish you told the front desk or even called us so we could take care of your needs. She scheduled me a complimentary massage and it was the best massage and service I got for an affordable life in Arlington VA. I liked the service the staff and the facility so much I even applied to work for this Elements Massage location."

Amber Nichelle

"Convenient location and my massage with Shareika was so great - she's incredibly skilled, checks in throughout the massage, and is a true professional. Highly recommend!"

"First, I'd like to say how much I love my massage therapist Andrae, he is so personable and detailed with his service. I have been coming to him the past 6 months and each time I feel 10x better once I leave. As a psychotherapist receiving monthly massages from him has tremendously helped with my emotional burnout. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is due to management, Cindy, to be specific. I have been coming to Elements for the past 3 years and have purchased a membership twice. Working most of my professional career in clinical/wellness settings I know the impact of bedside manner when working with customers, providing empathy and understanding while still maintaining the business objectives. My experience with Cindy has consistently felt demeaning and money centered, causing me to feel uncomfortable to continue my membership. I understand the importance of maintaining business policies, but to constantly be charged when I requested to pause membership while I travel seemed excessive after I've consistently provided service the past three years or requesting I come in person in order to cancel membership when I informed her im out of the country. It all seems very money hungry, which is frustrating when this is suppose to be my self care and place to decompress. She has done an amazing job with hiring staff because if it wasn't for them I would have been taken my business elsewhere."

"First experience was terrible. They often list availability that they don't actually have. Then they call you with a days notice asking if you can shift your whole schedule around to do a different time - but here's the catch they don't cancel the time that they claim is "now unavailable" so if you don't do it they just end up charging you. Terrible business practice. My girlfriend also had this exact same scenario happen to her so it's definitely a common issue. If Andre isn't available, then don't list him - simple as that."
