"Dr Spitz is a great guy. His assistant is nice. But greatness and kindness doesn't get forms filled out. I've been waiting for months, over 2 months for him to send some forms, over 2 months. I went to my appointments and asked about the paperwork. Nothing was ever done. I'm not sure if there's some type of illiteracy or misunderstanding. But I'm done. I strongly recommend any other chiropractor over this circus."

"A complete waste of time/ money / energy. You spend more time waiting to be called than being seen by Dr Jonathan Spitz. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I genuinely feel the ppl who are constantly seeing him are forced to due to lawsuits. The whole waiting area seemed like it. The Dr called me, I laid on the table, he reclined the position of the table a little and said okay come back next week. I literally was expecting more than that. A pull, crack, tug, adjustment, etc. NOTHING. I do not recommend at all this place is a waste of time. You're better off going to get a deep tissue massage at a spa before booking to see this Dr."

"First off I have to say that Dr. Spitz and his assistant are genuinely nice people. Very caring, thoughtful and helpful. However my experience was not what I thought it was supposed to be and what I felt it should be. I went in a total of 3 times to see Dr. Spitz within 1 week of each other. My first initial visit, I thought he would do an adjustment. Dr. Spitz walked in, asked what was going on. I laid on the bench on my right side and he had me lift my leg, he twisted me and cracked my lower back. He had me lay on my left side and he repeated to do the same thing. That's all he did for the first visit. I'm not going to lie, I thought there'd be more. I was expecting a full adjustment. He told me when I'm at work, get up more often and go for walks, and to come back the next week. A week goes by and I show up for my second appointment. I went it and laid on the table, was excited because I'm thinking today he'll do a better adjustment. Dr. Spitz walked in, felt my back up for like 1 minute and told me the same thing, get up and go for more walks when I'm at work and to come back the next week. I waited in the waiting room longer than I was on that chiropractor bed. It was just so odd, I thought for sure he'd do an adjustment that day. I felt like I went for nothing. So another week goes by, and I come back for my third visit. I go in lay on the table, he walks in and he does the exact same thing as the week before. He felt my back up, told me to walk more frequently when I'm at work, and to come back the next week. This time I'm infuriated. I keep my calm and I told him "I don't think I'm coming back, this is the third time I've come in to see you, and I'm literally in and out of your chiropractor bed in 5 minutes. You're charging my health insurance and I'm paying the co-pay for nothing" and I walked out and never went back. Dr. Spitz you sound like a nice guy but 3 visits and nothing came out of it."
